UHT Milk

UHT Milk is group of products which comes as a result of sterilization of milk on ultra-high temperatures, in short time intervals. As a result of that comes milk of supreme quality, which has long shelf life. Thanks to latest achievements in the field of UHT sterilization and technologies of filling of the milk, which are successfully implemented in production process of our company, we emphasize that our UHT milks can achieve shelf life from 5 to 6 months, where our competition is barely capable of achieving 4 months.

Creams

Creams are milk products of high energetic value, which is being produced with collection of milk fat from the surface of the milk. With the activity of bacteria’s of milk origin, after certain period of time milk sours, and at the same time cream is created on the surface of the milk. In dependence of time interval in which bacteria’s are affecting the milk, sweet (neutral) cream or sour cream is being produced. Products from the group of cream are up to 30% of milk fat.

Neutral (sweet) cream – are being collected before the process of souring, and the same is being used for production of whipped cream, ice creams and creams.

Sour cream - is the type of the cream which is being collected in the souring stage, and its being more used than neutral cream. Sour cream has wide spectrum of use and it’s being used as basic foodstuff, as well as addition for the salads, soups and others.

Yoghurts

Yoghurts are milk products which are being produced with natural fermentation of milk, with the presence of bacteria’s. As a result of the activity of bacteria’s in the milk, comes to fermentation of the milk, the process with which milk sugar (lactose) transforms itself to milk acid. Milk is being heated up to temperature from 42 to 45 degrees, in time interval from 2 to 4 hours. In this way, yoghurt is being produced, which in this way can be produced on industrial scale. Besides cow’s milk, yoghurts can be made on basis of soya and buffalo milk, depending on preferences of taste of consumers. Yoghurts are rich with milk proteins while bacteria’s which are created from yoghurt, are destroying other bacteria’s in organisms.
